Performances
It features high tensile strength, providing firm and slack-free binding. It shrinks uniformly upon heating (shrinkage rate up to 10%-40%), tightly wrapping around irregular components to form a gapless physical seal. Its heat resistance rating reaches Class F (155°C) to Class H (180°C), allowing long-term use in transformer oil. It offers excellent electrical insulation performance with no breakdown or flashover, while remaining non-contaminating to transformer oil and resistant to chemicals and aging.

Main Applications:
Transformers and Reactors: Used for external coil binding, lead-out wire fixing, transposition sections, and insulation fastening of components such as lead wire end boards in transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, and similar equipment.
Motor Winding Binding: Suitable for binding and fixing the enameled coil ends of various small and medium-sized motors, including electric motors, stepper motors, air conditioning motors, fan motors, generators, etc.
High-Voltage Motors: Serves as an insulation protection tape for coil ends in special applications such as explosion-proof high-voltage motors.
