Main Components and Functions
Fiber Creel: Holds multiple rolls of fiberglass roving, providing a continuous source of fibers.
Impregnation System: Thoroughly saturates the fiber bundles with resin. Equipped with constant temperature heating to maintain stable fluidity and achieve uniform impregnation.
Mesh Weaving Unit: The core component of the system, responsible for weaving the fibers into a grid structure.
Curing System: Heats the woven wet grid to cure the resin, forming a stable grid structure.
Pulling Device: Provides continuous and stable pulling force with smooth movement and adjustable speed.
Cutting Device: Automatically cuts the cured continuous mesh to preset lengths and widths.
Applications
GFRP Mesh — Lightweight & high strength (1/4 steel density, 600+ MPa tensile) · Corrosion resistant (acid, alkali, salt spray) · Non-conductive & non-magnetic · Easy to cut & install · Adjustable grid size & bar diameter · Reliable node bonding. Widely used in construction, bridges, industrial platforms, water treatment, and structural reinforcement.
