Key Components and Functions:
Spindle Holder: Holds multiple rolls of glass fiber yarn, providing a fiber source for the parallel production of four-strand ribs.
Impregnation System: Ensures the fiber bundles are fully impregnated with resin. Advanced systems are equipped with constant-temperature heating devices (such as water bath heating) to ensure stable resin flow, crucial for uniform impregnation.
Preforming Unit: Initially gathers the impregnated loose fiber bundles into shape and removes excess resin, preparing them for entry into the mold.
Heat-Curing Mold: Core component. Cures the resin through heating. Four-strand production lines require multi-cavity molds to form multiple ribs at once. Besides traditional electric heating, new technologies such as microwave heating have emerged to achieve more uniform internal and external heating.
Traction Device: Provides continuous and stable tension, pulling the fibers through the entire production line. Available in hydraulic and tracked types, requiring sufficient clamping force without damaging the product surface.
Cutting Device: Automatically cuts the cured continuous profile to a set length. Typically, a tracking cutting system is used, completing the cut while the product is moving.

Highway guardrails and tunnel linings: Utilizing their non-magnetic nature, they do not interfere with electromagnetic signals.
