Epoxy Glass Fiber Mesh Cloth for Dry-type Transformer

Epoxy Glass Fiber Mesh Cloth is a high-performance insulating material made from alkali-free, wax-free, silane-treated glass fiber yarn and polyester filament woven into a square-hole mesh fabric. It is produced through a process of high-temperature dehydration, epoxy resin impregnation, drying, curing, and shaping.

The material is thoroughly impregnated with epoxy resin, resulting in a bubble-free internal structure with no partial discharge. Its temperature resistance reaches Class H. It maintains high mechanical strength under both normal and high-temperature conditions, ensuring that cast transformers, reactors, and other equipment operate safely and reliably.

High Mechanical Strength:
Tensile strength 1000–5300N (depending on thickness), maintains high strength at elevated temperatures.
Excellent Electrical Insulation:
Surface breakdown voltage ≥18kV, surface insulation resistance ≥1×10¹³Ω, void-free and partial discharge-free.
High Thermal Class:
Class F (155°C) / H (180°C)
"Rebar" Reinforcement:
Firmly bonds with casting resin, preventing coil outer insulation cracking caused by thermal cycling and short-circuit electromagnetic forces.

Flexible and durable, easy to cut and layer, with high dimensional accuracy.
